The project

Set in a congenial neighbourhood, this appealing, welcoming and
stylish residence is composed of 4 houses named after butterflies:
Mariposa, Xanthie, Vanesse and Tyria. Carefully placed on the gently sloping terrain, each one has a clear view towards either the lake and/or the Jura. There are from 6 to 8 apartments per house on ground floor garden, upper ground floor or attic levels. Several apartments have large terraces with private gardens. The attic level apartments all have large and well-oriented balconies.

A view towards the lake and the Jura, even from garden level, is guaranteed for most apartments. You have a wide selection from 3 rooms at 68 sq m to 6 rooms at 145 sq m. Some apartments have additional non-habitable or unattributed space, in some cases with direct access from the apartment. The spaces in Tyria are connected by an indoor stairway and lead to an attractively laid out patio with its own private entrance.

The residence has two vehicle entry points: One from the Route d’Hermance for the two lake-facing buildings and the other from the Route de Chevrons for those on the upper part of the residence. Elevators connect all floors to the parking in the basement. Outdoors, a motor-fee (soft mobility) footpath meanders through the beautiful park landscaped with a variety of hedges and indigenous shrubs.

At each entrance there are a few visitor parking spaces and a large area for bicycles is available below. With the exception of the 3-room apartments, which only have a single parking box, all others, are sold with a double box in the basement. Particular care has been given to the arrangement of the apartments as well as to overall building design. With a focus on transparency and light, we have opted for panoramic windows and glass-enclosed balconies to give an uninterrupted view of the greenery. The elegant terraces and balconies are just perfect from which to relax and watch the sailing yachts glide silently across the horizon.
